The $7.28 million budget decreases spending by $112,450 or 1.5 percent. Mayor Brendan Coyne said the village might put an additional $100,000 into the fund balance, according to the Times Herald-Record.
The budget will remain under the state's mandated two percent tax cap on the tax levy.
